Game Club works with quality products and wants you to have the best possible experience. Our processes follow the Consumer Protection Code.

1. Purchase Refund

Deadline: up to 7 calendar days after receipt

The product must be:

Unused

In original packaging

With tag attached

With receipt

2. Defective Product

Deadline: up to 30 calendar days

We will analyze the item. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will exchange or refund it.

3. Products not eligible for exchange

Damaged due to misuse

Washed, used, or without tags
